At RENU, we specialize in aesthetic injectables, including Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Our goal is to create a refined, natural, and refreshed appearance. We help patients achieve and maintain skin health with customized medical-grade skincare regimens, and skin health treatments, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, SylfirmX RF microneedling, and exosomes. To help you look and feel your best, RENU offers functional wellness treatments, including IV hydration, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss. The first step on your aesthetic, wellness, and skin health journey is a new patient consultation with Rachel, where you discuss your goals and expectations. Rachel will then create a customized anti-aging, wellness, and skin health plan tailored to meet your beauty and wellness goals.

Meet Anna Gray

BSN, RN

Meet Anna Gray, a dedicated aesthetic nurse with a foundation rooted right here in Southern Oregon. With a passion for healthcare, Anna’s journey began after graduating from Oregon Health and Science University as a registered nurse, where she honed her skills working in the Intensive Care Unit. As a Certified Critical Care Nurse, Anna is competent in handling extremely complex medical cases with both precision and compassion.

Driven by a desire to blend science with artistry, Anna transitioned to aesthetics, finding a unique way to merge her clinical expertise with a keen eye for natural beauty. Her journey in the ICU instilled in her a profound understanding of the human body, which she seamlessly translates into the realm of aesthetics.

Anna’s commitment to continuous learning led her to pursue specialized training in aesthetic nursing, where she continues to master advanced techniques in cosmetic procedures. Whether administering injectables or providing skincare consultations, Anna’s approach reflects a harmonious balance between medical knowledge and artistic sensibility.

Beyond her technical proficiency, Anna is celebrated for her empathetic approach to patient care. Her time in the ICU cultivated a deep appreciation for the emotional aspect of healing, and she carries this understanding into her aesthetic practice, creating a supportive environment where clients are heard and cared for.

Today, as an aesthetic nurse, Anna Gray stands as a testament to the transformative power of merging medical science with aesthetic finesse. Meet Rachel

Founder, DNP, AGACNP-BC

Dr. Rachel Codd is the founder of RENU Aesthetics. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Oregon Health and Science University. Rachel developed a passion for aesthetic medicine and recognized the need for a more personalized, natural approach. She is passionate about skin health and enhancing natural beauty.

Rachel has an extensive academic background. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and worked as a medical massage therapist alongside chiropractors for 20 years. She took great pleasure in helping patients achieve optimal musculoskeletal health by combining nutrition, exercise, and various massage modalities. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked in the cardiovascular and medical ICU for several years prior to getting her doctorate degree in adult-gerontology acute care.

Rachel is committed to continuous education and training in aesthetic medicine to ensure an evidence-based and results-driven practice. Her services include cosmetic injections, skin health treatments, customized ZO Skin Health regimens, and functional medicine. Rachel’s dedication to personalized care and enhancing natural beauty shines through in every aspect of her work.
