Please arrive on time. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation & no-show policy. You are agreeing to our cancellation & no-show policy by scheduling an appointment. Any appointment that is a no-show and/or canceled within 24 hours will have the following charged to the credit card on file.
Injection/Functional Wellness Appointments:
15 minutes – $50
30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $150
Skin Health Appointments:
Skin Consultations – $30
Skin Health Services – $50
